Really easy to book online, the journey was fine, took longer than the timetable said it would. Also didn’t know until we got to the bus station that you must pay extra for luggage that’s going in the hold. This includes labels, which you attach to your case. Nice and easy to sort out at bus station, everyone there is very helpful, but do make sure you have an extra few minutes to do this.

I used Bookaway as I couldn't buy tickets directly from the Moroccan CTM bus company. So I paid the extra premium to get them via Bookaway. The online process was simple and fast and the tickets came through immediately with all the details. There was no problem using them to get the bus. 

However, there was an issue when we tried to put our big bag in the hold. The driver told us that we had to buy a separate ticket for it. So I had to rush back into the office to buy one. And we weren't the only people that had that problem. 

It would be so much better if that information had been included with the rest of the details that were sent with the tickets. 

But overall, I was happy with the Bookaway service and would be willing to pay the extra cost when you can't access the bus company directly. It's a pity that the CTM website has an ongoing problem with credit card payments from overseas.
