Even though Kermit once said that it’s not easy being green, it’s actually very easy to enjoy the beautiful greenery of Phang Nga. For the average eye, the island looks super dramatic. The green waters are almost neon under the warm sun. It’s recommended to take a boat ride deeper into the caves. As you gently manuever around the tall outcrops on the water, and into the deep caves, you’ll be able to understand how special Phang Nga is. Phang Nga is also most often referred to as the “James Bond” island, as in the past midcentury one film in the series was set here.
