    We cancelled the booking because fo the coronavirus situation. I did not get my refund from bookaway. How can I claim it ?

    Bus was an hour and a half later than we were told. After an already stressful day, the staff were very rude, yelling at passengers. One of the worst buses I got on whilst in Vietnam.

    Another bad experience on a transport bus on our Vietnamese trip. The drivers and staff really dislike the foreigners. You only need to watch for a few minutes worth to see how we get treated. (Even though we arrive with smiles on our faces and big hello's?) We don't know what we've done wrong to deserve such hate and disrespect. No blankets given to the foreigners, just to the locals. We had to either find them ourselves or ask. When i asked he was not happy about the request. And we were so cold. The toilet stops... so into the bushes? Or the dark alleyway with no lights is acceptable?? Should a female pull her pants and underwear down in front of all the guys in the dark alley and just go like that? Most of us just couldn't sleep because the ride was so bumpy but that's fair if they were trying to rush to get us there on time. However, when it came to the transfer - the transfer driver just left us young girls in the middle of a dark street and wouldn't take anyyy of the foreigners to any of our hostels (this is about 2am). Our hostel was 7 minutes walk and 2 mins car. The other travellers hostel was also max 3 mins away in the other direction. The driver didn't see making much money from such short trips and left us all there with our heavy luggage. None of the above is acceptable in our countries. And a grown ass man is a joke for treating young females this way but this is the same throughout all vietnamese bus trips we've taken. Will anything change from this review? Doubt it
