MasterCard and Visa are the most widely accepted credit cards in the Philippines. That being said, it's always a good idea to have cash on you as many market stalls and less touristy areas are less likely to accept credit cards.

The standard voltage in the Philippines is 220V. There are three plug types in the Philippines: Types A, B and C.
