Good to know
Although La Paz is the largest metropolitan area in Bolivia, it is surrounded by the history the mountains hold. La Paz is the highest capital city in the world. Travellers flock to La Paz the most during January, April, and November. In La Paz, the beauty is rooted in the contrasts; indigenous pride parallel to the grand Catholic cathedrals, a modern city with booming night life that sits within a canyon. When in La Paz be sure to experience the altitude of the city with it’s attractions from above - using the cable car.
