Very slow but comfortable journey

Driver was aggressive and unsafe especially departing Medellin itself. Road condition deteriorated afterwards but continued to drive in the same manner and did not seem to drive to the conditions. Didn’t need to drive in that manner and it would have made minimal difference to the length of our drive. Myself, my partner and a friend were all nauseous and car sick for the majority of the drive and could barely stay in our seats at times.

At times the driver would have two empty lanes but have half the bus over the line on the inside of the bend, dancing with the gutter, for no reason and would then have to steer out of the turn. On his phone regularly. Yelling at other drivers, sticking his head and hand out the window to make gestures. Viciously overtaking and then having to brake extremely hard or end up swerving the bus side to side. Was thrown from side to side.

I would normally not bother writing a review (positive or negative) however this was possibly the worst driving I have experienced in 4 months of travel.

Whilst the driver may be experienced, that style of driving is arrogant and unnecessary.

On time departure and arrival. One stop for bathroom break midway. Clean bus, sir conditioned. No charging ports for electronics. Seats with lumbar support and that reclined. Very comfortable.
