The logistics coordinator needs to do a better job. They know who is being picked up, where from and where they are being dropped off. They should be picked up in order. whoever will be dropped off in El Tunco first should be picked up last so that their luggage is easily accessible. I didn't know my luggage was going on top of the van. luckily it didn't rain. so being picked up last and not being dropped off first - luggage had to be rearranged to get down the pieces buried underneath at the first drop. 
also- i had the last seat which was in the middle row in the middle seat. crammed in. no headrest. no leg room because every person had a backpack or handbag with them too. not comfortable. not efficient. 
it did have a/c. driver was nice. and border crossings were very easy and quick.

I bought tickets with this service provider because they said it was door to door service. That was false advertising as we had to walk to a gas station for pick up in Antigua and then we were left at the intersection in El Tunco. If companies say they provide door to door service and request your hotel details, they need to follow through.
