Book a Way site in general was easy to use but after booking, the pickup and destination was wrong. However the Customer service when asking my flight number I advised I booked for pickup in Pattaya going to Bangkok. Customer Service worked it out. However communication with the booker in Thailand was not done and the pickup person was unclear where I was to go and so was the boss booking. My emails explained.
