To get from Koh Phangan to Surat Thani, you will want to take one of the three daily ferries available. The ride time is approximately 90 minutes. The weather in Surat Thani is pretty warm all year round, but October through February is less humid and more comfortable than the other months. There are great parks to visit and take pictures of, especially Ang Thong National Marine Park. It’s also a great city for shopping and dining.
