La partenza è stata anticipata di un’ora la sera prima senza molto preavviso. La corsa è andata comunque bene.

The company Peninsula Travel in Cancún seems to not exist. We waited at the location indicated for over an hour and tried calling (phone number given not available) but the transport never showed up. Three other passengers were waiting like us and we decided to find an other means of transportation after waiting for all that time.

Don’t bother they never turned uk and book away still haven’t refunded over a week later. Pensinsula travel didn’t reply to the WhatsApp’s either 10 days ago. If you want to pay and then pay for another after hours waiting to be collected use them!!!

La van no vino buscarnos. Tampoco contestaron mis llamadas y mensajes. Les envío algunos de los intentos de contacto sin suceso. Solicito que sea reintegrado el valor que ya había sido pago con tarjeta. Fueron 93,10 dólares. La compra fue en 28/4. Fue una experiência terrible para quién llega de viaje desde Brasil, por primera vez en México. Pasar por esto, no saber que hacer, perder un tiempo precioso de viaje, buscando otras formas de llegar en nuestro destino, com mucho estresse y ansiedad. Lamentable. Espero que hagan algo sobre esto. Y aguardo un retorno lo más breve posible.

L’entreprise n’existe pas, nous n’avons jamais eu de billets de ferry ni de van, nous avons tout dû repayer une nouvelle fois. C’est une belle arnaque, aucun moyen de les contacter car pas de mail ni de numéro de téléphone valide. Ne vous faites pas avoir C’EST UNE ARNAQUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
