Cancellations can be upsetting, especially if you already had your trip planned. Operators are subject to their local restrictions and their schedules can be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions even at the last minute.
If your operator cancels your ride, you will be eligible for a full refund. In case of a cancellation, please contact our support team, they will be glad to help.
