Overall a good journey for the price we paid couldn’t have expected anything more. Slightly late pick up just after 10pm but seats were reserved for us with a blanket a small bottle of water and small packet of crisps. There was air con on the bus which was great however the one above our seats was broken so that was blasting on us for the full journey. The seats did recline back but they were very old so not the most comfortable. There were USB charge points in front of your seat which was great but only one worked. About 4 hours into the journey at 2am they do a stop but clearly the guys friend as he came screaming round the bus telling everyone they had to get off while everyone was asleep as we weren’t stopping for another 10 hours and telling everyone to buy food and drinks. Was good to stretch off tbh. Stopped for 30 mins then back on the bus. We then stopped at 6am where everyone was hauled off the bus and we had to wait 1-2hours to be put on separate tiny minibuses/vans/songthaews to be taken to separate places. When you reach your destination they then leave you with people charging 100THB per person to get back onto another cramped up minivan to get you to your hotel. Check the price of Grab/Bolt Taxi before doing this as we have fallen for this too many times! Way cheaper, quicker, straight to your hotel and not cramped up.
