Overall the experience was good. It would be good to know what to expect in advance so here was how my trip with this company went. 1. I arrived at the minibus station at about 7:30 AM. We left the station at 8:20 AM. I was expecting to leave at 8:00 AM but I was not in any rush so this was not an issue for me. 2. I paid for my extra luggage, which is what I was expecting. When you arrive, there is a sign that will show you the different prices for the luggage size you are carrying. 3. The driver will try to have all the people who get off at the last stop towards the end of the minivan. This is because they are picking up other passengers along the way. 4. The minivan made several stops along the way to pick up people. I did not know this, so if you need a direct shuttle, you may want to consider options, otherwise, this is perfect for people who don't have to be somewhere by a specific time. 5. Be aware that if there is a lot of luggage, you might have to deal with crowding. 6. The driver stopped by a bathroom and did not tell anyone. We where waiting for a bit and I decided to get down and use the bathroom as well. When I did this other people followed. It would have been good for the driver to tell us that we can get down and use the bathroom. 7. One hour before we reached the piers, the driver dropped passengers off at different travel offices, so just be expecting to stop at several different locations. Apparently a label we were wearing identified which business to stop at. Us passengers all assumed we were going together since we were all headed for Koh Samui. This is not the case. 8. Once I got my transfer point the driver dropped me off and then I had to deal with another company, but they all had my paperwork prepared and handed me my ferry boat ticket. 9. From there we were loaded up onto a large bus that transported us to the pier (1 hour away) where we then took the ferry to Koh Samui. Overall. the experience was not bad, and I would book with them again. it was just missing the details involved in the journey which felt like one surprise after another. surprise. Hopefully this review provides some insight on what to possibly expect on your journey.
