Language and communication

The counter staff at the operator speaks English, whereas the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company colors and name. For pickups at an airport or terminal, travelers meeting their ride at the domestic flights section should go to column A08, and for international flights, column no.14 is the designated meeting spot.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers are unable to board the next bus or minivan if their flight is delayed. Regarding private airport pickups, the driver will not wait for passengers if they are delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
