Fernando was an excellent driver and got us to our destination comfortably and safely providing a friendly, familiar face during our trip! Along the way, we were able to stop as needed for toilet, food or viewpoint breaks. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and well air conditioned - much needed in the Costa Rican heat! Fernando also helped us with some recommendations for activities during our trip, and shared some interesting insights about Costa Rica too. After the first journey went so smoothly, we decided to book another transfer with him. Would highly recommend booking with him!

Fernando was a fantastic driver. The ride was safe and comfortable for our family of 4. We stopped for lunch and he even stopped roadside so we got a chance to see our first sloth in the wild. Highly recommend ArenalTrans.

We were through customs nearly an hour earlier than projected and were thrilled to see Carlos waiting for us. He offered to stop around the halfway point for lunch ( or to stop nearby if we were super hungry). Very friendly, told us a lot about the area. Careful driver, very pleasant. Nice safe comfortable trip. Would definitely recommend!
