Language and communication

The counter staff at the operator speaks English, however, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as vehicles are clearly marked with the company’s colors and name. Additionally, a company counter or ticket office is available for assistance. When picking up from an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the specified arrival hall and gate number provided at the time of booking.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers may switch to the next bus or minivan. Details regarding any applicable fees for changes due to flight delays in shared pickups are not provided. In case of private airport pickups, drivers cannot wait for passengers if they are delayed.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approval are permitted. An amendment fee for a name change may apply, and the conditions including the fee amount and the allowable time frame before travel for making such changes will be specified as needed.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on board.

Pets are not allowed.
