The driver contacted me before pickup and was there when we arrived. He called me when we got off the train and made sure we did not get lost in the crowd. Thank you!

The driver got there 30 min late but other than that, it was perfect. Our hostel was hard to find and fortunately, our host could call the company for us. Still don’t know what happened but our schedule wasn’t tight so it worked out for us just fine

Our driver, Ruben, was amazing and we are still in contact. He went out of his way to make sure we were where we needed to be on time. However, the company gave him the wrong time for one of our pickups (completely not his fault, I saw the time on the slip they gave him) so we were stranded for a bit at a train station at night waiting. This was a communication problem within the company and not related to our driver. Please request Ruben if you can!
