Language and communication

The operators ensure that both counter staff and drivers are able to communicate in English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver, as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without incurring any additional fee. In private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
• Traveler aid: Travelers with a mobile or visual handicap can have an assistant accompany them without any additional charges.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after booking approval. There is no information provided regarding an amendment fee or the timeframe within which a name change can be made.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies
