The operators provide personnel who can speak English at both the counter staff and with the drivers.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. For pickups at airports or terminals, the specific arrival hall and gate number where travelers can meet their driver will be designated.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without any additional fee. It is often necessary to book a minivan rather than a standard car and passengers are advised to inform the service provider in advance if they intend to bring a bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility requires advance notification at the time of booking due to the use of regular vans that are not specially equipped for wheelchairs. Travelers will need to be transferred to a normal car or minivan seat.
• Traveler aid: Travelers with a mobile or visual handicap can include an assistant within the regular number of passengers at no extra cost.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. An amendment fee for changing a name is applicable, but the fee amount and the allowable time frame before travel for making such a change have not been specified.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Pet policies
