Language and communication

The counter staff at the bus terminals are able to communicate in English, ensuring clear interactions for inquiries and assistance. However, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be marked with the company's unique colors and name. Additionally, they can be found at the company's designated counter or ticket booth. If the pick up location is at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the specified arrival hall and gate number.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers cannot switch to the next bus or minivan if their flight is delayed. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver will not wait for passengers who are delayed.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are not permitted on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or the confirmation email.
