Great service and delivered tickets for a service that many others could not, as a result of the awful weather in Sri Lanka at the end of 2025. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend. Very responsive team. Well done!!

Bella esperienza, abbiamo prenotato la 3 classe con mesi di anticipo. Purtroppo ci ha messo 3/4 giorni prima che la conferma arrivasse dopo il pagamento. Ci hanno spostato orario e stazione di partenza un giorno prima per colpa di un alluvione, per fortuna avevamo tempo. Per fortuna avevamo i posti a sedere assegnati anche in 3 classe, perché il vagone senza posti era pieno stipato, un vero caos. Essenziale arrivare presto sul treno, (il treno arriva più di un ora prima alla stazione di partenza) perché il controllore del posto prende le mazzette dai sui amici per far sedere chi vuole nei vostri posti prenotati, attenzione. Conviene sfruttare il treno come mezzo di trasporto, perché la vista in sé per sé non vale lo spostamento avanti ed indietro solo per il treno panoramico.

Thanveer was very helpful with arranging our transport for our trip from Kandy to Ella. Due to a landslide, the train was cancelled between Nanuoya and Ella. He arranged a partial refund, rebooked the train and arranged onward travel from Nanuoya to Ella. We were very grateful to have a local guide to help with these last minute arrangements. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly with regard to the booking process, communication, and receiving the tickets on the morning of departure. Any questions we had were always answered very quickly and satisfactorily. Unfortunately, our train was three hours late and, due to heavy rain and resulting landslides, it made an unscheduled stop halfway along the route. After that, it couldn't continue. Fortunately, we were kindly refunded part of the ticket price!

Wir haben den Second Class Train gebucht, allerdings erste Klasse Tickets bekommen. Das war natürlich etwas schade, da man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Ansonsten war die Fahrt aber wunderschön, nur 1,5h länger als geplant.

Fantastic train ride. Excellent views. Lots and lots of tourists though.
