Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as drivers are dressed in company uniforms and the vehicles are clearly branded with the company's colors and name. At airports or terminals, specific details about the arrival hall and gate number for meeting the driver can be provided.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are allowed on board with an additional fee that varies depending on the route. This fee must be paid in cash using Croatian kuna at the time of boarding.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available.
• Traveler aid: For passengers traveling with a traveler aid/assistant, proper payment and arrangements should be discussed at the time of booking.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. An amendment fee may be applicable for name changes; details about the fee and the allowable time frame before travel for making a change are to be confirmed.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board, but there is an additional fee for this service, which varies depending on the route booked. This fee must be paid in cash only, specifically in Croatian kuna, at the time of boarding. While pets do not need to be kept in a cage during the journey, they are not allowed to occupy passenger seats and must remain next to their owner at all times.
