My experience with them was excellent

We booked bus to go to Bangkok from Siem reap Cambodia, we arrived at the agency and they informed us that the border was closed. Sure, we had to get back to Bangkok by flight and spend 250€ for two. But after contacting with Bookaway, they did their best to reimburse us. It took 3 weeks but we were integrally reimbursed. Honesty pay, and we will recommend your services. Thanks again 🙏

If you are going on to siem reap it is an arduous journey! We changed into a minivan which went around the city picking up passengers for 3 hours…. And went super slow stopping every hour! We started at 8am and didn’t get into towns till 11!!! But they arranged a tuk tuk to our hotel free of charge which was nice!

Very good company. They made sure to have someone meet me on both sides of the border and told me where to go.

We were brought to the border in a small van as we were only 4 people, so it was very comfortable. However, around 3 we stopped 15 minutes from the boarder until 6, because the boarder only opens at 6. We didn't know we were gonna stop there for so long, they didn't say anything! So I felt quite uncomfortable just waiting around, not knowing what I was waiting for. At the border they have exceptional service, they have a guide bringing you everywhere, telling you what to do, and they also carry your bags for you! That was amazing, thank you so much!

We hebben een comfortabele rit gehad van Battambang naar siem reap. Alles was prima geregeld. We zijn zelfs met een grote bus gebracht. Goede chauffeur en precies op tijd.
