Language and communication

The operators ensure that both counter staff and drivers are proficient in English, facilitating clear and effective communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

At the airport, travelers can easily locate their driver as they will be waiting in specific areas. For Podgorica airport, the meeting point is in the arrival hall, while for Tivat airport, it is in front of the arrival terminal building. The driver will have a sign displaying the passenger's name. Additionally, minivans are marked with a small Go Montenegro logo.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an extra charge by booking a minivan and notifying at the time of booking that a bicycle will be included.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not allowed.
• Traveler aid: A traveler aid/assistant is included in the group transfer price as a regular traveler.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Travelers are allowed to drink only water on board; no alcoholic drinks are permitted.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board at no additional cost, but they must be kept in a cage.
