Contratamos esta compañía tanto para ir de Ninh Binh a Sapa como de Sapa a Hanoi. En el viaje de Ninh Bihn a Sapa lo hicimos a través de Bookaway, salíamos a las 22:15h estuvimos en la localización media hora antes y aún así el autobús vino a recogernos 45 minutos tarde. La espera desesperante, a esas horas no había nadie en el lugar de recogida que nos explicase si era correcta la localización y el teléfono de contacto no daba señal. El autobús bien, con baño. Para el otro viaje, contratamos la misma compañía pero a través de Sapa Nomad. Nada que ver, autobús puntual, la chica de la agencia me contactó varias veces para confirmar que sabíamos dónde era, si habíamos salido a tiempo y si llegamos correctamente. El autobús era algo más nuevo y también con baño.

Bus from SaPa to Ninh Binh. Departure & arrival were on time; be aware thet arrival location was initially in Tam Coc (not Ninh Binh), but bus driver was so kind to drive as to ninh binh centre.

Really easy to book online then just turn up at the departure destination. The beds are ok, if you’re tall it will be a struggle as they’re made for someone 5’10” and under. Lots of stops to pick up/ drop off goods on the way, which is why it takes so long to get to Sapa. But overall a good price and service.
