Hammouda Prestige – Tickets und Online-Buchungen

Tout c'est bien passé. Bus agréable, très bon chauffeur

Comfortable ride, arrived on time, but advise passengers don't get seats 1 -4 which we ended up getting all over Morocco as your legs have no room to move

We booked tickets from Ouarzazate to Marrakech for Monday 31st March but there were no buses as it was Eid. Taxi was provided - not sure who sorted that but the staff at the station were very helpful. So all turned out OK although we had to pay extra €5 on top of original bus ticket

1.We chose the bus because the travel time is shorter than other company but it delayed for 1hour and 15 minutes. 2.We payed the price 23.68 € including the service fee in internet. There In the bus station,before the ticket box showed Hammouda Prestige they gave us 2 tickets each for 70 DH. However the bus operated was Ghazala. 3.The driver stop many times for buying fruits, bread with meat, the worst was that he watched messages and films all the time. We strongly disapproved this kind of behavior, It made us feel so angry. 4. During the journey we felt so uncomfortable, because the windows can't be oped, and at the same time there is no air condition. 5. To be fair, We think that your company should pay us back for "at least" 10€ as compensation of the time we lose which result in a change of plan of the 2nd half of the day.

Would be helpful to specify which platform is the bus leaving from, for the rest everything was great!
