Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver at airports or terminals as the vehicles are distinctly marked with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board for an additional fee, which varies depending on the route. It's necessary to verify the fee in advance with the supplier.

Accessibility and assistance

Booking and Amendments
