  • Booking processes was smooth and easy. The departure and arrival point are correct as per published. During arrival at Dalat, the driver sent us to hotel instead which is very appreciated as we were arriving midnight. Suggest to spend more and took the back seats which is more comfortable. Or else, front seat(which is next to driver) is bit crampy. Driver can speak English a bit, and very helpful. They stopped 1x time at a restaurant for rest too.

  • For me, the driver attitude is good. Not much talk. He play soft music and not to loud so that we can relax during our trip.

  • Booking was easy. You can request for pick up and drop off via WhatsApp using their hotline number. The staff will inform you of the pick up time. Please check your WhatsApp on the day of departure for any changes to pick up time. My journey to HCMC was a smooth one with 2 breaks for toilet and meals along the way. Driver was also courteous and careful in driving.
