    The ferry was cancelled due to mechanical problems. This was not communicated to the passengers - I found out because a member of the public happened to be friends with the pilot and called him directly. When a representative did arrive, we were directed to a coach which was running over an hour behind schedule. Sometimes things go wrong and the ferry has to be cancelled, that's understandable, but poor communication and a subsequent long delay is just bad organisation. Would not use again.
