Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver, as the vehicle is branded with the company colors and the name of the company.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board for an additional fee, which can be paid upon check-in at the terminal.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee, which should be paid upon check-in at the terminal.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers are allowed to change their name after a booking has been approved. A fee of 5% is charged for name changes made before the vessel's departure and a surcharge of 10% of the ticket amount if the change is made after the vessel has departed.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email before boarding.
