Comfortable ride. Would have get 5 stars if it did it in the promissed time. Took about 5 hours instead of 3,5 hours

We purchased a high speed ferry that was supposed to be a 3-hour ride. Instead, it took 4 hours and 50 minutes! There was zero communication from the crew. Wish we would have known to be mentally prepared, packed snacks, water, but we had nothing! Not cool.

Quick and on time. Just need to bring your own entertainment.

Information on collecting tickets before going to port should be clearer before the booking and not after making the booking. As we booked the early 6. 00am ferry. Office was closed when we got to the port. Trip however was excellent and the process apart from aforementioned was very easy and smooth

Not much more to add. It did what I hoped for. Was on time and seats were comfortable
