Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as they will be greeted with a sign bearing their name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, the specific arrival hall and gate number details are provided to ensure smooth coordination.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, it's possible to switch to the next available bus or minivan. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver can wait up to 15 minutes for passengers without any additional fee.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments
