Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office.

Bicycles are not allowed on board the transportation service, and there is no fee since they cannot be brought on board.

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users need to purchase an extra seat to accommodate their wheelchair.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. Customers must inform the operator in advance if they wish to change the name on a ticket. An amendment fee may be applicable for name changes.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
