Our driver was William. He was excellent and extremely professional. He was curious and cared to explain somethings along the way as well as giving us tips and recommendations on places to see and things to do. Only wish I could have him as our driver for our whole stay

The ride from Santiago Atitlan to Guatemala City is a very windy, back-and-forth, up-and-down journey with many turns through narrow village streets. Our driver effectively and professionally negotiated the many challenging turns and direction changes. Once in Guatemala City, our driver graciously dropped our party off at two locations (two people at one site and five other at another). Our driver was great and we arrived on schedule. I would use Quetzal Express again.

Driver was great! He confirmed everything the day before and the drive from Lake Atitlan to the airport was so smooth! It was a long drive but he made it enjoyable and also made sure anytime we needed a bathroom break! Definitely recommend this!
