    I have used TBus frequently because their buses leave at more convenient times. They are great at contacting you about pick up/ meeting location. However, they rarely leave on time, make many stops to pick up/drop off people/packages. When returning to Hanoi they asked us our hotel but then dropped us on the edge of the Old Quarter. I guess this was because the bus was late and it was now too busy to drop everyone off at their hotel. If you're ok with this, they're fine to use.
