We came through BKK immigration and luggage collection in 40 minutes (much faster than we were told to expect). But our ride to Ayutthaya was there waiting for us. Within 50 minutes of landing we were on the road. Our SUV was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the driver (Bon) was steady and careful. We never felt any concerns about our first experience of Thailand traffic. The driver took us directly to our destination hotel without hesitation. Very professional and well done.

General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as they will be waiting with a sign bearing the passengers' name. For airport pickups, at Suvarnabhumi, travelers should head to gate 4, where the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the client's name. At Donmuang airport, domestic travelers can meet their ride at gate 11. International travelers will receive updated information later regarding their pickup point.
Pickup delay: For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for passengers for up to 2 hours without any charge. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, a fee of 300 baht per hour will apply.

Baggage and special items
