Hi there, it's a good bus company and pick ups were on time. However, for my return journey to Flores from San Ignacio, the bus terminated at Flores main coach station and the driver refused to take us onto our final stop on Flores island, resulting in passengers having to take taxis or walking the final distance. My ticket was to Yo Tambien sign!

Good travel

Well organized and reliable bus service. We left a bit later because we were waiting for other guests. I think this is a good thing.

Booking with the app is very easy and the Fuente del norte bus very confortable. What they didn't tell us was that the traffic on that route, Rio Dulce to Guatemala City can be terrible. Our 6 hour scheduled journey turned into an 11 hour marathon, with no stops after the first hour.

Super smooth ride!

Took longer than advertised. Also no stops for food or toilet, instead some vendors came on board to sell snacks. The toilet was for uring only. Otherwise it was a comfortable ride that got us there in the end.
