Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, specific information regarding the arrival hall and gate number can be provided to ensure smooth coordination.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers have the option to take the next bus or minivan for an additional fee of N/A. For private airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the driver will not wait for late passengers. However, affected passengers may take the next available service at no additional cost.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles are allowed on board with an additional fee.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Only the buses are wheelchair accessible.
• Traveler aid: Traveler aids or assistants for those with mobile or visual handicaps can travel at no additional charge.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board free of charge, but they must be kept in a cage.
