Language and communication

Both counter staff and drivers are available to assist passengers. The counter staff communicates in English, ensuring ease of communication for travelers. However, travelers should note that drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at an airport or terminal, the specific arrival hall and gate number will be provided for meeting the ride or driver.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board with an additional fee; specific fee details should be checked directly with the operator.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments
