Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded in the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, travelers can board the next bus or minivan by paying an additional fee equal to the price of a new ticket. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers without any additional charge. Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the Airport Bus Halt.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. However, any fees for such amendments are determined on a case-by-over-case basis.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print their confirmation email.

Onboard Policies
