Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the driver are proficient in English, facilitating a hassle-free communication experience for travelers.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in company uniform, holding a sign with the passenger's name, and the vehicle will be branded with the company colors or name.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: You can bring a bicycle on board for an additional fee of 20 EUR. It is essential to notify before booking so that proper arrangements can be made.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is limited as vehicles do not have ramps. Passengers with wheelchairs can be accommodated depending on their specific needs, provided they inform at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements are made.
• Traveler aid: A traveler aid/assistant is included in the group transfer price and is counted as a regular traveler.

Booking and Amendments
