Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. This ensures a smooth and convenient meeting process, especially in busy locations such as airports or terminals.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can board the next available bus or minivan without any additional charges. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for a maximum of 75 minutes if your flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles can be brought on board in private services with a request made in advance.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
• Traveler aid: No additional charge for travelers assisting someone with a mobility or visual handicap.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. Additionally, there is nestrictions regarding the time before travel when these changes can be made.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Due to Covid regulations, passengers are not allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed only in private services and there is no additional fee. They do not need to be kept in a cage.
