Friendly staff and relatively modern bus, although the toilet was average Latinamerican standard (no runnig water). I felt save during the journey. Took the 6:00a. m. bus from Guatemala City to Santa Ana, El Salvador. We left the bus for customs clearance on both sides of the border which was a smooth process of about one hour all together.

The Luxury Bus is indeed Luxurious! The large seats, so comfortable, So much leg room with the fold down foot rest section, TVs in the head rests, 3 seats per row (2 &1 setup), food and drink serverd before take off! We'll with it, especially for long distance.

The bus is of good quality, air-conditioned, and transports passengers safely through an area with chaotic traffic and many accidents, thanks to a focused and skilled bus driver. The only downside is that the bus ran out of mobile data about halfway through the journey, meaning that no data could be received via Wi-Fi of the bus either. I don't understand why a vehicle with so many passengers would have a mobile phone contract with a data limit.
