Very convenient and great price. Got picked up and dropped off where we asked them to. They were flexible with the return time, which was great. However, the advertised time was inaccurate. They said the entire journey would last 2 hours, when as a matter of fact it lasted just under 3, so please be aware of this in case you have a flight to catch.

Apart from time and location of drop off on my way to Hue and my pick up on the way back , it was fast and comfortable. Also they cancelled my ride on the way back (weather was horrendous) . But still at my departure point some time later than the arranged time , I heard a car horn and it was them .
