Large seats. Service as expected. Recommendable.

Easy to book and to use the service. The driver didn't speak English, so there was no communication about the schedule including when we stopped for a short break and then again for lunch 30 minutes later, despite the website saying there were no stops. Another passenger informed me og F the plan stop and purpose, otherwise I wouldn't have known.

The trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh went very well — the driver was really great. For the return trip from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, the air conditioning was too strong and I was cold during the whole ride. Aside from that, the driver drove very we

Pros: Staff were friendly, seat was comfortable, smooth ride, beautiful view. Cons: Bus left late. A/C was on so high, it felt like a meat locker. Everyone was bundled up like we were hiking K2. Thankfully, I had a jacket. We arrived 1 hour late. Stopped 3 times.

Overall trip was fine. Seats were not numbered yet we were given seat numbers to find our seats. We ended up guessing and sat where we thought. There was little help or communication from the driver. I guess language challenges. Driver drove safely and we arrived at our destination what more can you ask for
