I wouldn't book this shuttle if you want an easy no surprises shuttle to Boquette. I booked via Bookaway and selected my hotel as a drop off. When I whatsapped to confirm they said they did not do hotel drop offs. I screenshotted Bookaway to show them what they were selling. When we got the the pick up location a very blunt and bossy man told us to get in a van and dropped us at another location, but he did confirm they would take us to our hotel. 20-30 minutes later at this location, he then told us it was full and got us back in the van to another location for the boat journey. After that, when we thought we were getting into a van, we go into a cat. We were lucky buy 3 other passengers who paid the same price but not with bookaway were told they had to share 2 seats for the car journey which took around 4 hours! When we got to boquette the driver told us to get out and that he was not told to take us to our hotel. He then called his boss, then did indeed take us to our hotel, but the 3 passengers who had shared 2 seats the whole way were left on the side of the road...
