Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can identify their ride or driver by looking for vehicles branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, the specific arrival hall and gate number will be provided where travelers can meet their ride or driver.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost. For private airport pickups regarding delays and driver wait times, please check with the specific service provider as the waiting policy and potential fees were not provided.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved at no cost and can be done anytime before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
