It was a good decision to book this private transport going into Sa Pa. The driver contacted our hotel reception and we were constantly updated regarding our pick-up, which was seamless. Our driver communicated with us via Google Translate app and made multiple stops so we could eat and have toilet breaks. The car was clean and very comfortable. UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot say the same about the car they sent for our return trip to Hanoi airport, which was smaller and more cramped for 4 people and more luggage. The return vehicle was nothing like the outbound vehicle, which was accurate as in the photo. The return vehicle was dirty and less comfortable, which was a let down after the initial excellent service.
