Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with company colors and the name of the company. For pick-ups at airports or terminals, meeting points are clearly specified at the arrival hall and gate number.

- Motorbikes: When bringing a motorbike on board, passengers must arrive at the station at least 24 hours before departure to speak with cargo staff. The additional fee for transporting a motorbike depends on the type of motorbike.
