Amazing

The departure from the airport to my hostel was great. Despite our flight was one hour late in arriving, the company made arrangement for me quickly. Then I booked for the return journey to the airport, one could choose the pickup time, therefore I chose the time which allows me to have plenty of time to spare in case of traffic, bad weather or shopping. However, I was told that my pickup time was just 3 hours before my flight takes off after my constant calls and contacts with them. Later on the service team explained that the pickup times are associated with flights so I can not get the refund but the 20% discount for the next booking with them within 3 months. The shuttle idea is great and I had a good trip with them once, but if you want to avid rushing in the last minute, be careful.

Overall, ride was great! Quick, fast and good customer service.
